David Heinemeier Hansson e294394b8a Add npx wrapper installer for packages moving too fast for normal repos 
They're lazy loaded too. So we don't need manual install from a menu.

* added framework scripts to the main install scripts

* renamed theme-set scripts, added migration

* use omarchy-pkg-add, shared keyboard template, tracked udev rule

* call the install file from the migration file
